Little Socks baby sign

Just something cute I thought up.  I love little baby feet, so I couldn't help doing a sign with their little socks hanging from it.

Decorative balls with tin

I just realized I didn't take a before picture of the tin.  It was white with some pink-spackled paint.  Didn't quite go with the leaves.  So I painted it in a bronze paint, drilled three holes in the bottom in case someone wanted to use it as a planter.  But it displays the decorative balls nicely too!  I do have a before picture of the balls.

Shabby Chic Decor trash to treasure

So here is the before of it.  A brown tin container I purchased at Goodwill.  I drilled two holes in it, attached some wire so it can be hung on a wall, and did a shabby chic paint effect on it.  Now it can hold mail, keys, an artifical plant, flowers, twigs......whatever you wanna throw into it!  Or nothing at all!  (Just ignore the apple swag.  I decided to use those in a different project!)

And the after......

Now, who says you can't turn something ugly into something more attractive?

Trash to Treasure picture frame project

This is my latest T2T project.  Snatched this beauty up at Goodwill.  This is the BEFORE picture.  Hopefully I'll have the AFTER picture posted soon.  One can only imagine what I'm doing with it......

Okay.  I finally finished it.  Here's the makeover:

The flower holds the chalk perfectly.  It just slides out to use it and rests up against it once its hung on the wall.

Trash to Treasure wallpaper envelopes

I trade seeds during the winter months.  Well, I got these sample wallpaper and border books off of a fellow Freecycler, so I made some little envelopes to place seeds in.  Saves me from buying them at the store and they're cute.

Trash to Treasure Scrabble and Dominos coasters

I did these a while back.  They look pretty used....because they are!  I'm happy to say that my kids do use them.  WOW!!!!

My primitive collection!

I found some primitive pieces that I placed on Etsy for sale as a grouping for those that like to decorate with a Primitive/Country flair!

Teacup birdfeeder

Well, I've been a busy little bee again.  When work is slow, uh-oh!!!!

Took some crystal candlesticks, teacups and saucers and made these little birdfeeders to sit in the garden and on my one table with some potted plants.  Can't wait for spring to get here!  That's if they don't sell on Etsy  I guess if they do, then I'll just have to make more.

Baker's rack redo

Got this on Freecycle years ago, and it's holding up great!

Window in wall project

We have a long hallway in our entryway and it was always so dark and dreary.  This is a beautiful addition to our home......adds a lot of character to it.

Domino frame

Just something I did while watching a movie one night.  I have lots of misc. game pieces here with all the kids and their games.  Now I just need to finish it.  It needs a backing put on it, a hanger, and a picture or something!  Not sure what I want to do with it yet.  Just a fun little piece.....

Vanity out of old window

I love my vanity!
